To book your appointment at Trixies Salon & Spa, and we will now require a credit card on file at the time of scheduling. Please read below for all the details!
Card On File:
Your information will be filed in our secure booking system and only used per our cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you prefer not to share your card information, you can purchase a gift certificate online here and use as a deposit towards your service! You can also always stop in to set up your appointment and provide cash or your card to put on file. To cancel or reschedule your appointment please call the salon location of your service. If we are unable to answer or are closed, please leave a voicemail.
Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule all appointments. Appointments cancelled or reschedule without 24 hours notice are subject to a fee of 50% off the original service booked. We want to express how important it is that you never no-show an appointment. If you are no longer able to make your appointment we ask that you give us as much notice as possible to ensure our ability to re-book your appointment time. We understand that emergencies do arise and can review those on a case-by-case basis. Guests who frequently reschedule services or miss appointments may be required to pre-pay in order to reserve future appointments or may be referred to one of our local colleagues who are better able to accommodate last minute cancellations. Currently we do not charge a fee due to illness.

What To Expect:
-When scheduling your next appointment, we’ll share our new cancellation and card on file policy with you and collect the card to put on file in our system in a secure location. If you’re not able to give us the card number at the time of booking, no worries! We’ll reserve the time for 2 hours, or you can give us a call when you have it handy. If you do need to reschedule and you give us at least 24 hours notice- great, thank you! You’re all set and we’ll see you next time. If we don’t receive that 24 hours notice, unfortunately your stylist or spa specialist doesn’t have enough time to fill that opening on their books so this helps them recoup some of this cost.
